FAQ
Pricing and platform questions
- What is the difference between suclk.com and goln.me?
- suclk.com is the platform domain for account, marketing and dashboard access. goln.me is the default short-link domain used for redirects and QR destinations. Paid plans can add verified custom domains.
- Can I change where a QR code points after printing?
- Yes. Dynamic QR codes keep the printed pattern stable while the destination is stored on suclk, so you can update or schedule a new target at any time.
- Do short links expire?
- Only if you configure an expiry rule. When a link expires you choose the fallback: a replacement destination, a branded notice page, or a specific status response.
- How is analytics data collected?
- Redirect events are recorded server-side with coarse geography, device category and referrer. Consent settings are respected before any non-essential marketing tracking is enabled.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. Link, QR, page and campaign resources are available over a documented REST API with token authentication, rate limits and signed webhooks for click events.
- Can we enforce approval before a link goes live?
- Business and Enterprise workspaces can require review and approval on customer-facing links and on-site campaigns, with full audit history of every state change.
